You say that like every possible exploit has been patched out already. Which is incredibly unrealistic. I do think we're SOL for the time being but another exploit isn't out of the question.

That's exactly what I am saying. Nintendo is insanely thorough in making their system secure. They even release patches that patch kernel bugs that cannot be exploited. There is without a doubt in my mind that another exploit will never be released.

Nintendo took their sweet time to patch those though. Those minor kernal bugs have been public for a long time. Nintendo might have stepped up their security game, but they are very far from insanely thorough. There's a reason that Nintendo consoles are almost exclusively the only consoles that don't require a hard mod for piracy.

Not really a priority. They don't lose sales to it. They might just gain.
It doesn't mean that they won't eventually want to patch it though.

If you want to play a region free with this you have to pay it, so Nintendo is still winning money. I'm sure that is the reason why Nintendo doesn't remove youtube from eshop. In the case of Ironfall, Im sure Nintendo didnt do anything; I think the devs removed it from the eshop
