1.is it possible to make an app that burns 3ds cartrages into 3dsx files to use in the hbmenu???

2. is a comic reader for the 3ds a W.I.P. at the moment???

3. is it be possible to port desumeDS or any ds emulator to the 3ds???

4. is there a video/audio player for the 3ds that's not a W.I.P.?

5. what are 3ds homebrew apps coded in???

  4. Check out Sunshell? You'll need to convert videos to a special format before they can be played, but you should be able to figure it out.
  5. Usually C, C++, and Lua. If you want to make your own, check out Lua Player Plus.
 
  1. No 3DS Roms will not run on the Homebrew Launcher. The launcher is strictly for Homebrews onnly
  2. As far as I know, no. I think there was a comic book reader for the Nintendo DS, maybe someone can port that
  3. A direct port would probably not be possible. I don't think anyone would try since there are DS flashcarts that will work on the Nintendo 3DS anyways.
  4. There is Sunshell which supports video and audio playback of some formats. For audio I would just use the built-in 3DS sounds app.
  5. 3DS homebrews can be coded in various languages including C, C++, Lua, and python.
