Homebrew Trying to modify moonshell

Hello,
I download the moonshell source code, but I can't seem to compile it.
When I run "make_bin.bat", I get the following error:

I have installed devkitpro from the automated installer.
So what can I do to compile moonshell?

Normally you would need devkitpro installed and then you would have to find the folder with the makefile, go to it with the cmd and type "make".
From the looks of it, there's a lot of makefiles:

Which one do I use?
