Unfortunately it doesn't right now, I can't even run it because there's no CIA build.
I don't know much about it but they don't have teams? More then 1 person working on things? But I'm pretty sure their waiting for a stable ver before starting that. They also could setup a buildbot to compile automatically for them and upload to to a website.
Turns out there is a buildbot but it only compiles .3dsx.

You've been given the information to do cia/3ds compilation. Why not do it and then offer the code to the dev?
because im a

when it comes to 3ds development, and i dont know linux (if it needs that)

It should be possible to get the .elf file made during the end of the compilation and run it through makerom to make a cia, or use ironhax since I'm imagining you're using a sky3ds here.

I'm questioning if you have any programming knowledge at all. I don't see why you couldn't learn if you wanted this so badly.
Thais the point lol i have 0% knowledge in 3ds development.
i still cant even decrypt games because XORpads are my worse enemy.

I had 0% knowledge in 3DS development and I decrypted Bravely Default. It took like 2 days but I did it. So you can too.

You said you were an android developer, though. You should seriously be able to handle make/cmake.

Why don't you just install ironfall as a cia?
