How hard would it be to make an app that allows games to run slower (as in, slow motion)? That would be great for some harder games...

How will that work? to launch an app you need to have no apps open. if you run it in ninjhax you cant open any games. i think you may be able with a spider ram exploit but im not sure

You can boot foreign region games via regionFour and via homebrew launcher so that not the problem.
I think maybe some thing in spider (also patched) that it really slow buggy can make your game slower.

I really want a port of lemmingsDS homebrew for 3ds.

Someone can make homebrew that supports UTF-8 and foreign languages?

since ds was capable of running doom,minecraft would it be that hard to port cs 1.6 or quacke games on 3ds ? pls someone answer

I would love to see a online FPS game, with graphics similar to Portal 3DS (maybe even better) Would be really cool to see and I think it's possible with what we have now.

I'm not sure though. Bandai Namco is a big company so the game's code is most not exploitable, similar to Animal Crossing: New Leaf. Cubic Ninja and Ironfall were both made by really small companies.

Such methods don't work with ironhax.

So I have a Purple R4 that used to work on the 3DS to play DS games, but it got blocked in a patch.

Is it possible to create a homebrew thing that can bypass this lock and boot into the flashcard in DS mode?

Something like the procedure the region free homebrew does.

There is a whitelist patch cia installable using rxtools or gateway for sysnand 9.2 or under to get your r4 working but other than that im not sure. ill pm you the link for it and tell me the region of your 3ds

maybe, but i think nintendo encrypts their data on their servers, and it wont work on firmware versions higher than 9.2, i just use freemultipatcher + rxmode for eshop access and installation of legit cias

Web browser that allows downloads, like lolipop_master said (maybe port of lynx 2.0 with optional graphics mode), but maybe it will be better to port linux for these features. It could be done for ds in ds mode, so the 3ds should be able to do it in 3ds mode
