As far as I know, the DSTwo has stopped being blocked after a specific firmware back then. Has worked on every newer firmware ever since. It most definitely works on 9.9, I can't test with mine because I'm on 9.0.

got it on a group on fb, the shop closed due to lack of customer and they sell stuff really cheap.
