If it's AOC, you can, easily from Data Management->AOC
If it's extra data (most likely) you can (Data Management->Extra Data), but you'll probably lose your progress.

go to data management and delete it (if you ever installed any cias, wave goodbye to them now)

sadly this doesn't work.. I deleted the game but it is still on 1.2
