Hacking Pimp My is safe??

I have vwii installed on my Wii U with version 5.4, but had difficulties installing wads, run the pimp my wii and now I'm getting install wad, but it give error in some wads! I wanted to know from you whether the pimp my wii is safe and can download these wads that gave error and install manually :?

I want to run the just dance 2014 or 2015 that appear black screen

Pimp My Wii AKA Brick Tool is not safe. It replaces every single ios. It bricks Wiis half the time. Wii U will be bricked for sure.
