Game decryption key were public months ago iirc!

Getting around the region-lock shouldn't be too difficult!
But it brings up a question in my head to everyone who has Cafiine:
Does it allow to set breakpoints at read/write or only when the PC register is set to a definable offset?

As far as i know each game has its own decryption key.
Is there a way to grab these now?
The only way I know how to get these is if you have the game disc dumped and the .nfo file that goes with these scene releases.
Is there a new method to do this?

I don't know of a new method but I remember seeing a list of 50+ games' keys! Sadly (or fortunately in your case) those were only NTSC games.
But why are you concerned? File replacement works just fine with Cafiine!
And if it's for backup loading: I'm sure those programs will have decryption implemented!

I don't have any special way to help or anything, but I always enjoyed playing modded games,as well as modding games in general. on a more serious note, with your enthousiasme, i would suggest you to practice modding/editing, and see where it will lead! Practice and time will decide where you'il end up.

I have experience with modding PC games, which I am sure is very different from modding console games. My first console I want to mod, or atleast fiddle with, is the Wii U. I study code to figure out what it can do and what you can change in the code.

I mod for a game engine called Source, which is made by Valve. I use already made games as templates for creating mods. I can change the coding, import and export files like models, textures and new script files. I never finish any projects due to the lack of motivation I get. I usually work solo, which could end up with boring situations. I'd love to start modding games on consoles. (Specifically on the Wii U.)

So I will join in when the kernel exploit is out to do any kind of RAM editing and writing ppc assembly code. That's what I've been doing in the GCN and Wii scene for 5 years now. I'm really eager about to do the same with Wii U games and channels

My Skills,
Modifications to games like Smash Bros Melee/Brawl, NSMBW, Source Engine.
Found exploits in old Minecraft.(Team Razor)
Programming: Some C, Bit of Objective C, Some Java, A Tiny C++.
Tried out some 3DS hacking but haven't touch it much except for compiling new versions of software.
I know how to model, rig, and skin 3D models.
Lastly I learn things in a well verse manner

Let's not turn this into a bunch of requests to join our team. The categories of people who can join are: those that can work on Wii U exploits and those that are skilled enough with game mods. We need to actually know the people well enough to verify that these things are true. All in all, it's unlikely that more people will be added, especially not through this haphazard application process.
