Hacking DS games cias?

This has probably been answered before but i could not find it

-Can we install DS cias on emunand? (are there even ds cias?)

Another question a bit more complex

- Is there any DS loader CIA? or something similar?

No, no and, umm, no.

The 3DS runs DS software natively which = there will never ever be a way to play DS roms without a DS mode flashcart .

If it can already be done with a 5 dollar piece of hardware, there is really no incentive for a dev to make a DS emulator.

this only works with DSIWare, I doubt the OP wants to run DSIWare.
