Hacking HELP FOR POKEMON ONLINE WITH SKY3DS????

I currently am playing Pokemon Alpha Sapphire on my Sky3DS but the online doesn't work! I am using the EU ROM and am using my header from my EU Pokemon Y and am currently using this chip ID: C2 F8 02 98. I have patched my ROM with this chip ID and my Y header. The strange thing is, I use the same header on MK7 and Smash Bros and they work perfectly online. Here is my template:

Using Gateway ROM Patcher and Sky Army Knife for edits. I'm on O3DSXL 9.9.0-26E.

i made a private header out of my Pokemon Omega and Alpha and the strange thing is that my private Header of Alpha Sapphire is only working for AE Manufacteur's like Pokemon X.

So basicly what i want to say is that my Alpha Sapphire EU Game had a AE Manufateur Header not a C2 (like MK7) but i've never played Alpha Saphirre so i can't tell if my Rom works Online.

I won't say that it's what i'm thinkin but could the Template for Alpha Saphirre be wrong ? (Chip ID for Online Headers)

Okay, I'll try that now! Oh yeah, and apparently for games like Pokemon ORAS and XY, you have to start the game again or clear the save file to test the online. Is that true?

My EU Pokemon Alpha Sapphire seems to have all online funcionality on my Sky3ds... and other than globally replacing the public header for my private one (taken from Shinobi) in Sky-teams template I didn't need to mess with anything else.

Okay I'll download the untouched template from the Sky3DS website and just add my header and see how it goes.

Don't blame me if it doesn't work though - note I said "seems to have all online functionality"... I haven't played it much, or progressed too far in the story - I do know that wondertrades worked and all that other 'social' stuff, but I haven't got around to trying an online battle yet.

My template is just the one downloaded from Sky3ds's site, ran through NoBanNoSky to globally apply my header... I could give you my template, but (other than my header) it is the same as the one from Sky3ds.

Have you tried switching to a different game and back to Pokemon after doing that?
If you don't have another game, hold the blue button while inserting, and then eject and insert a couple times.

i've just tried Pokemon Alpha Saphirre EU Rom with original Sky3DS Template using my private header of Driver Renegade (C2 Manufateur Header) and could connect and did a Wondertrade so everything works as excepted.

Well my Sky3DS Template differs from yours by just the two last Hex Bytes, yours is "91 90" and mine's "61 D8".

Maybe give it a try.

Btw. My Template is from 7/14/2015.
