Hacking SDInfo.bin/Xorpad Generation?

Hey guys,
I was trying to generate Xorpads with my 2DS on 6.0.0. I have tried everything, looking everywhere, and I cannot for the life of me find out how to generate xorpads. I tried RXTools, but that requires sdinfo.bin, which literally nobody has explained anywhere how to get it and just says try using something other than rxtools. Decrypt9 I can't get to run with the browser exploit, and it seems like every other method has issues (like smealum's website being down right now, so I can't even use ninjhax for making xorpads). Any help?

You must install the CIA to decrypt on the SysNand.
Or on an EmuNand linked with the SysNand.
Target the folder of your SysNand, it looks like: F:\Nintendo 3DS\"ID1"\"ID2"\

Install which CIA? Just saying "the cia" doesn't really help when I brought up a bunch of different names.
 
but what are you trying to do with SD_Info.py ?
Basically, I have a randomized Omega Ruby .3ds file, I want to decrypt it, edit it (add a few randomized features, etc etc), and recompile it as a .cia. That is my end goal. I am having trouble getting the xorpads necessary to be able to decrypt it. Unfortunately, my Sysnand and Emunand are unlinked (as I didn't want to have to unwrap games every time I loaded Emunand). I have a 2ds on 6.0.0. What is the easiest way to accomplish this?

I need to decrypt it and unpack it or whatever it's called first so I can use pk3DS to randomize it, then I want to recompile into .cia
 
so use my 3ds rom hacking tutorial for decrypt extract and rebuild a 3ds rom.
if you can, decrypt your rom using rxtool ctr title decrypter

So, I followed the steps, and when I go to use HackingToolkit, Type in the name of the rom, it finishes, I have the 3 files, but the only folder created is exe, and it is 100% empty. What did I do wrong?...

You told me to follow your tutorial, (https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutoria...d-3ds-roms-run-xy-oras-without-update.383055/) I was follow them. You said to use rxtool to "Decrypt CTR Title" I did, then I used HackingToolkit.bat to extract the rom, I got

DecryptedExeFS.bin
DecryptedExHeader.bin
DecryptedRomFS.bin

And a blank exe folder.

I was not told anywhere to get xorpads, and you said yourself just to follow your tutorial >.<

If your rom is already randomized, why do you want to extract it for randomize it again ?

Open the tool.
Use Convert 3DS ROM to CIA.
Target the rom folder.
Wait.
Get your CIA in the CIA folder

I cannot find a rom that has everything randomized. Some have only grass randomized, some only trainers, some don't have typing/moves randomized, I would just like to be able to customize it, but this rom also has a few added things that would take forever to do myself (such as a hand-made custom level-up moveset), but doesn't have a few other things randomized.
 
If you're using an already-hacked ROM, it will already be decrypted. You can then use this tool (http://www.maxconsole.com/maxcon_forums/threads/285574) to unpack the ROM (the option to do so is in the extras menu, or if you don't fancy looking yourself, option 5 on the menu, then option 5 again). Edit your files and rebuild. Pretty sure that will work.

Thank you so much. That makes everything 100x easier haha, if I had known I could do that I would have saved 7+ hours of research and trying everything I could find.

For the record, when making Xorpads with RxTools, you can ignore the SDInfo.bin message. As long as you have the ncchinfo.bin (I think that's what it's called?), they'll be made properly. I make Xorpads on request for a certain ISO site so if you need a hand, feel free to message me ^^

The program you linked doesn't seem to work. It will decompile it, I can edit it, but then when I recompile it and put it on the sd card for my gateway it just shows a white box with no name nor picture in the gateway select screen. I'm positive it isn't my edits that i'm making since I tried once without making edits and it still happened.
