Hacking Boot into Gateway emuNAND without cart?

I have a n3DS XL on sysNAND 9.0, and use 9.5 emuNAND with a GW card and the MSET exploit. Ist here a way to launch it without keeping the card in the system?

Bye bye gateway and install all the games as cia, use Cake or RxTools.

Gateway emunand still being compatible.

I don't think anything would prevent you from updating the firmware and buying the games.

For the N3DS, you're currently cappted at 9.5 for the emuNAND. If you install a later one it won't work.
