Hi there, sorry if this was posted but i tried to search and found no solution for it.
I dumped my private header from PES 2011, then try to use No Ban No Sky to create the template. However, this is Sandisk game, so the Private header is Sanddisk. I'm unable to play online on games from Macronix or OKI. So is it a must to buy 3 games from 3 different manufacturers (for different PHs) to be able to go online on every games? Is there any alternative solution since I have only 1 legit game card.
Thanks

basicly, your chip id for the games is incorrect, those that dont work you have to edit in the official template file
for example, the correct thing for the pokemon game would be:
SHA1: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
00 00 00 00 C2 F8 00 98 ---> editing chip id XX XX XX XX

C2 = Macronix
F8 = game is 2gb big
00 = mystery byte (dont touch)
98 = Cart2 type game (saves right into the rom file, not as a separate file)

Also, you can manually change the manufacturer and other Chip id info, it doesn't have to match your private header game's chip id, that's why I told you that you can change it in the template :P

Thanks for the answer. But it still doesnt work on my case. I can only play online games that match my header's manufacturer. Even if i try to manually change the manufacturer in template files; it still gives me error. It looks like in some cases, ur advice works, on some cases like mine, it doesnt. Ppl have reported abt this

it should always work, you just have to set it up 100% right, if you're not sure, you can switch around and see if it works, took me a while to get used to it myself for pokemon X/OR

What games are you trying to play?

Some games have two or more versions on the template. Use "Sky Army Knife v.1.5.1" to see the SHA1 code for your rom and search them on the template .txt

Or just use Gateway rom patcher to check the Chip ID info and apply it manually to all of the templates of that specific game, which is what I did.
