Hacking how to convert folder to .3ds

i am using sky3ds
i downloaded a monster hunter rom
after extracting i am getting various rar files in the folder unlike a single .3ds file
how do i use it to insert that game to my sky3ds

just download an archiver like WinRAR or 7zip and extract one of the rar-files.

aaaaaand?
You just need to extract one of the rar files because WinRAR and 7zip knows that all of this rar-files are "splitted-archives". When you extract one of this rar files, it will extract all of them. THis is how you get your 3ds-file
