Hacking How To Backup Sysnand With Emunand Installed?

Hey guys.
I had a backup of Sysnand on a laptop which broke, and I want to make 100% sure I have a backup. ( I still COULD get the data off of it, it would be a pain in the *** though). I was wondering if it's possible to get a Sysnand backup while I have Emunand installed? Could I just insert a blank SD card and back it up normally? (Emunand + Sysnand are unlinked, if that matters)

As long as you have enough space, you can even use your main sd card.

If I just hit backup in the Gateway menu, will it backup Emunand or Sysnand?

Oh, I thought hitting backup would only backup sysnand if you didn't have Emunand installed... Thanks!
