Hacking Official free NVram installation thread

Since the release of gateway 3.2.1 for the new 3ds we can now install the old system menu to the new 3ds allowing the use of the ds profile exploit to be used again thus no longer needing to own a copy of cubic ninja or ocarina of time. I am making this thread with the hopes that a few other trusted people in other countries will throw their hats in the ring and help others out too.

Here is how it works, depending on the country you are from contact the person via PM and ask politely if they have the time to install the NVram exploit / blue card fix for you. You will then send them your n3ds along with a prepaid return shipping label Make sure to insure the package both ways! They will then install and return your n3ds. I will also include the n3ds regions you can personally mod in case you only have a retail EUR OOT for example.

Just as a reminder to everyone interested this is for people with a New 3DS with official firmware between 8.1-9.2 only!

Note: For people in the USA I have found that the small flat rate priority mail box works perfect and with the flat rate shipping it makes shipping back very easy since you just slap on the return sticker and put it in the mail.

We'll see how it goes, I already have an ebay auction going and an ad on craigslist for a paid service which have been pretty positive. I figured the people of GBA and MC should have a free option since lord knows I have gotten my fair share of free help from the two sites.

Wish this existed before I decided to give in and buy Cubic Ninja! Ah well, it's good for Ninjhax anyways, and N3DS is perfect for that.
I'd love to help others, but the fact that I have to walk to the post office in the hot sun/rain, makes it harder for me to do for free.

Well if anyone lives in NJ near 08865 I'd happily do it with no charge. I'd prefer local only BC I'm a new comer here and don't want the bs haha. Pm me if interested. I have cubic ninja and gateway cards to set up the exploit. I will also be willing to provide nand backups of the console if requested. If newcomers can't post this stuff then mods do your worst to me.

Oh I heard about that! Thanks a lot for the links, that made my night! I had no idea shipping can be THAT easy! Anybody can sell things on Ebay when you do everything from home! I wasted so much time and energy walking to the UPS Store every time I sold something. This is much more convenient, and free.

With this, I'm definitely available to help someone enable NVRam! I just ordered 10 boxes for free. I'll be sure to have those links bookmarked for future use.

Edit: I live in Florida, USA. I've installed NVRam on my very own N3DS without fail. As a matter of fact, I have Xenoblade Chronicles 3D music stuck in my head! I can make proof, but at a later point when someone is interested.

I can install NVRAM/MSET for people in Thailand, but only EUR consoles. Which sort of defeats the purpose since the kingdom is USA region. Unless RegionFour can be used to bypass region-locking first? But haven't looked to much into it TBH

Region 4 needs 9.7 I thought. I am not sure but I can still add you for that region and console type.

Remember a lot of people bought n3ds from AUS back when GW announced it would work so you never know

Edit: 9.2 and 9.7.... Let me see if I can get my US console boot with regionfour with a JAP OOT
