i thought i did everything right, but i have some issues in the end.

I followed the guide step by step, installed the msetEur.cia and restarted my new 3ds.
When i go into the ds profile it says "an error occured, the system will reboot".

Any help therefor?

If you downgraded your emunand system settings or want to undo the downgrade in sysnand

US = 0004001000021000 9.0-9.5 = v8203
EU = 0004001000022000 9.0-9.5 = v8202
JPN = 0004001000020000 8.1-9.5 = v9224

Hey, OG-3DS user here. Havent been in the loop for a while now. Is there anything good for regular 3DS users besides updated emunand? Havent touched my 3DS in a while...

Nothing spectacular no, but getting up to date is always good.

I tried. But now, I can't install any cia on emunand and NDS profil doesn't work on 9.0/Sysnand.

Installing 'undo' with devmenu will overwrite it inside NAND.

As for Account Settings (NNID), if you have account details inside sysNAND,
they don't get lost, you simply can't make changes to it without higher MSET
above FW 4.5.

I managed to run it, I just removed microsd quickly when I pressed boot gateway.
it IS working.
BTW :
GW card has a LED light! I saw that it blinked for the first time.

After following every step within the guide i just repeated the NVRAM installation and it worked!

Ok I know its very obvious but still I totally forgot when I set up 3.2GW.

Make sure you put the 3.2 launcher.dat on your Emunand mSD card not only the non-Emunand mSD.


when I didnt have it on there the profile exploit crashed and the 3ds said "An Error ocurred .... please restart the system"

all gateway card have the LED its only ever used when running diagnostics and was used to diagnose the card before they had any sort of GUI in version 1.2

Damn, I never knew. I guess its because we never needed it to verify if the firmware updated the red card or not.

Yeah as stated by one of our experienced pro's, its only for that. Would be nice if GW used it to verify that the card was updated properly.

Do you have the newest launcher.dat on your internal mSD card?
