I have been trying to build xorpads for Xenoblade using the 3dsx version of decrypt9 but it keeps getting stuck at pad 4 which is 3598 MB. There is no percentage in the bottom right corner so I can't tell if it's progressing, but I did let it sit for several hours and it did not move past that pad. And as far as I know, this unstable version of decrypt9 is the only option available for the N3DS.

Has anyone else had any issues with this game? Is there another method of building xorpads on the N3DS? Is there an updated version of the 3dsx decrypt9 that is more stable?

pretty sure the romfs for xenoblade uses the n3ds only encryption, afaik decrypt9 doesn't support it yet

but i havent really tried i would of though it would of been the exefs they would use it on, like they did with 7.x encryption, but i seem to remember reading its used for the romfs instead this time around

That would make sense.
