Hacking Has anyone destroyed 3DS game carts?

I just finished giving out some headers from games I have (Still have more games) and I want to know if anyone else has figured out a good way of destroying 3DS cartridges. They seem to be completely indestructible!

I want to destroy the games for these users so that they can have a piece of mind. These are very terrible games so not gonna worry about destroying them.

So any ideas?

open the cart, take a razor, sever the pins from the nand chip on them (Not the eeprom)

I buy my 3ds games for about $3.50 and sell the headers for $5. I just take them out of the plastic crt case and run them through a shredder.

I use a hammer most of time when I "give" my headers to "friends", but when I gave one of my IRL friends a header for his sky3ds he just asked for the game I ripped the header from.

That's not at all what he said. Not even remotely. This is a very particular scenario where he gave out headers to such crap games that they're borderline worthless and not worth playing if you actually have a taste in games beyond "does it function with buttons?" He wants to destroy them to be absolutely certain that nobody else can ever use the headers even on accident. It's a free way to make sure the header doesn't get reused and that no mistakes ever happen related to that very particular header on the physical cart. He's not destroying them simply because he doesn't need them. It's kind of a "satisfaction guaranteed" thing.

probably letting it soak in a glass of coke overnight would do the trick... I suspect that this would likely eat through the metal contacts, and it'd be a fun way of destroying the carts too.

That would be like saying who would buy milk? They can get a cow and re use it for ever.
Some people may not have a 9.2 or lower console, and cannot rip headers
Some people don't have a field to raise a cow in.
