I figured since GameGear and MasterSystem play the same ROMs, and there are some GameGear games already on 3DS VC, it should be possible to get other MasterSystem games into CIAs, but I've not found anything about it so far. Anyone know?

It is more than certainly possible, but they use simple signing techniques. The files can be decrypted, but as far as I know they don't yet have a re-encryptor for it.

What about finding where the ROM itself is loaded into RAM and replacing it via a browser hack?
