Hacking VC Titles on Gateway

How do you install VC titles with gateway? (Emu or Sys)

I was looking for some VC titles to download, but came across pokemonbluegbvc3ds-bigbluebox/

its not an official VC title, and apparently has an .3DS Extention?

And yes that works on GW. Just put it on the microSD you put into the GW card and it should work.

I see, I just glanced at it and it seemed to be a download site as they have the NFO file at the top sometimes.
