Hacking TempGBA Cheat Format?

I found this through google... Is this the correct cht format for TempGBA? Example game is "Mega Man Battle Network 2 US Version"...:

ON=E34,7F,96,98

[HP]

ON=DE0,F,27,F,27

If yes, what code format is it?

You won't get cheats to work on TempGBA without hard coding them into the ROM itself. Cheat support in this emulator is simply broken. NDSGBA doesn't support it very well either.
