So I happened upon this in the google code site for genplusgx, while there is no new download in the Downloads section. Under the Issues section there was a request to add Wii U Pro Controller support, and I happened upon it yesterday, and the creator, ekeeke was troubleshooting just as I happened to be looking, and he uploaded a version that seemingly allowed for Wii U Pro controller support, though it seemed that it might not be perfect (and its not the Wii U Pro controller auto syncs to player two, fortunately you can change the player 1 input to the player 2 classic controller which works as the Wii U Pro controller. You still have to navigate with the Wiimote to load the game and options though. Anyway, the issue has been taken down, and so too has the download. But I happened to download it, and I've uploaded it here. Keep in mind that this is not official, and ekeeke, if you see this and don't want me posting this, let me know and I'll take it down.

You can grab it from the SVN too, so I'm not sure why people using the builds should be frowned upon.

Wasn't aware of this. I just thought since I couldn't find it on the site, it might not have been the final build that he wanted posted online and maybe he had to troubleshoot a few issues. In fact for all I know what you've posted might even be a little updated from what I posted.

I also noticed this today and just came by to make others aware. I have been waiting a long time for this. Had a few issues and a complete system crash but I am happy to see this has been implemented and now hopefully bug fixed. Great work from ekeeke.

If you load up the Wii U by powering on with the Pro Controller and then starting Wii mode using that, the Wii Remote assigns as player 2. It also remains this way while loading into vWii mode and so when you get back into Genplus-GX the Pro Controller then assigns as player 1. Just so you know you can do this. I did have a system crash when trying to assign the button configurations though whilst doing this so there seem to be some bugs with implementation at the moment.
