Not wanting to cover then,even more I'm not getting something with that, but they said is " we will release support for 9.2 systen soon, if you want to use the GW do not update your 3DS" but looks like everyone are looking at it like " hey guys we will update it! get your card in hand and wait for that!"
A lot of people are pressing them, not just you, so isn't more or less one e-mail that will make they change their minds, also this let them busy to work on the release since they are getting over thousands for e-mail that they are answering, saiyng noting that you want to hear, but they are doing that. so why you want to be abother? you bought that because you want, they don't promised that it would be right now
Btw I hate waintg too , is one of the ting on my hate list, but I can understand this situation

Don't want to sound mean, but as an 18 year old; your priorities should be elsewhere rather than spending your last cents on gaming hard/soft-ware. I'm not much older than you are (21), but as an 18 year old I was pretty much in your boots; and I got a job that didn't pay much at all (third world rates) to get me some money when I was desperate. You're in France, I'm sure the minimum wage over there is 15x than here.
Chill bro. It's just funny to think that when Gateway announced the exploit, all those weeks ago, 9.2 was the latest firmware. To be fair, it gave people good warning at christmas time not to update their consoles received from Santa, so it wasn't all money-driven just to cash in on the huge christmas market - it had an important practical motivation to assist console owners.
Okay, here comes the timeline
October 2, 2013: First sneak peak of the 2.0 update, showing that you can dump your NAND and your retail cartridges, also there's on-screen diagnostics (yay?)
October 15, 2013: Second sneak peak, showing the first video footage of emuNAND, confirming that Monster Hunter 4 is working, Pokemon XY are confirmed WIP
October 20, 2013: FAQ, confirming that they are working on MultiROM and other things
November 1, 2013: Pretty much only saying that the update is "close to completion", addressing the clones
December 1, 2013: First beta was released, that's when emuNAND was made public, all games except Pokemon and Animal Crossing worked
December 17, 2013: The 7.0 update for the 3DS screwed up emuNAND, on this post they just confirmed that there will be a second beta with support for 7.0 with emuNAND
December 23, 2013: Yeah, making it possible to update emuNAND to 7.0
December 26, 2013: Just a video guide
January 1, 2014: Happy New Year post, just promising stuff
January 4, 2014: Video is released that shows Animal Crossing and Pokemon working
January 13, 2014: The bricks are addressed, however the clones are being blamed, their copy of the original GW firmware is claimed to be flawed
January 20, 2014: The team is still getting shit from consumers, post another message of how the original GW firmare is perfectly safe and stable (which was a simply wrong statement)
January 21, 2014: Admitting that some legitimate GW users' systems have been bricked, teaser video of the MultiROM feature (first video footage of this very feature)
Februrary 25, 2014: Denying that the bricks are their fault, pretty much just saying that you have to buy the flashcard from their official resellers
March 28, 2014: Announcing a private beta of the 2.0 update, showcasing all features
March 30, 2014: Evaluation of the beta
March 30, 2014: RELEASE OF THE 2.1 OMEGA UPDATE (2.0 private beta, 2.1 public update with e-shop support)
Now, here is one of my e-mail exchanges with the team from late November to early December 2013
As you can see, they promised a christmas release when actually, the update came out at the end of March
I feel like I need to bring this up again. As I said before, we had the exact same situation exactly a year ago and we had to wait until the end of March although a Christmas release was promised, just like for you. Guys, stop spamming these guys, stop eagerly expecting the update every single day. It will be released eventually, that is certain, but you all don't need to go crazy and refund your cards because of the current situation. Just be patient.
Yeah, I think this situation can be described in only a few words: lack of information.
Most of us aren't mad because we have to wait. Hell, we wait all the time for stuff we want, games, consoles, and we even waited for years for a flashcard. But what fucking pisses me (and I would say 90% of the people complaining in this thread), is the lack of communication.
I don't give a crap if they're chinese, argentinians or even americans. I want to know what the hell is going on, no details, no date for the release. Just a plain ol' "shit's fucked up we need 1 more week, sorry". Instead, all we are listening to is "NEXT WEEK" "IN 3.53 HOURS MINUS THE RATIO OF YOUR MOM'S ASS" or even jokes like "JUST AROUND THE CORNER".
Goddamn but how flip-flying-fucking far is that corner!?

Alright.
First, I m not covering for ANYONE. WE are ALL Customers, and customers would surely be seen as kings (at least on the normal market).
BUT, Gateway is NOT LEGAL, Gateway offers YOU ALL CUSTOMERS a way to play on backup files or even copies. (For sure u know that these are also NOT LEGAL)
THEY are a SMALL team, as everyone should know this. SO, just lets assume, that they are 6 normal friends. (Normally friends on this amount can work in a team, more would not be good already, since there is too much freedom for everyone)
SO now tell me, when there are maybe 6 people working as a team, making something like gateway, KNOWING that Nintendo is behind their asses, knowing that THEY are providing a service, do you really think, they care SO MUCH ABOUT one or two of us?
Dont get me wrong, I m not saying that they r all user unfriendly, but I m simply stating, that they r not an official firm, which does have like 10-20 programmers who work all day to push sth out. So when they r small and DONT like to say too much, isnt that their freedom to do so? I already said, as there is simply NO substitute right now, which can replace them fully, its staying on a monopoly level.
SKY3DS can play games, but has region lock. QQ3DS is somewhat still strange. DSTWO+ is still a rumor since not even the team said anything. U get it?
U can either all complain nonstop now, or just be happy with ur life doing sth senseful, since it will be coming. And when u have this choice, u still choose to complain? They r not an enterprise, who is focused on their dwindling marketshare, they r not even an enterprise yet. So what do you expect?
Thats for gateway. Now lets talk about DSTWO. The supercard Team is an awesome team. Their products are of high quality, and they got a looooot of fans (including me). But you know what the guys said, when they wanted to bring out DSTWO+?
Tell noone, not even leaking any info. Why? Because they know there will be a lot of ppl behind their asses who think they got the RIGHT to complain because they r not bringing it out on time, or not securing their ETA etc.
Even the DSTWO was just one day there on the market. NO ANNOUNCEMENT. NO SOURCE. NOTHING!
Why is that so? Because they are just getting tired of ppl complaining... Think of urself as a programmer. U know u got sth to do, and would like to do it. And then u read all those emails who complain about u not doing ur work faster, asking u nonstop when u will be finished, or just trolling u. Would u still like to do the job? U still got the mood? Even if it meant money for you, which is right now not necessary but nice to have?
To be real, if it were me, I would just shit on a lot of ppl here and stay quiet until I make it. Because all that flaming completely destroys the motivation and mood. Got it?
