Guys, there's no need to argue about piracy. However, if you do have the money and earn a decent living, you should try to support the industry by buying the games. I've got a gateway so i can carry many games in one card and the region free feature. Also, the lack demos is another reason why one would pirate a game.

Good on the people who actually did buy the games of course,. I'm just saying it's sorta silly people are trying to undermine pirating when this whole thread is pretty much filled with piraters haha :P

I personally don't mind pirating myself in certain cases, ie the software is over-the-top expensive (looking at you Adobe and IDA Pro) or if I don't personally support the company's business practices (Ubisoft, EA, etc). Luckily though Gateway offers a ton of features which make it useful outside of piracy, unlike carts such as sky3ds which can only be used for piracy and piracy alone.

That's the story of this thread... never stop believing man.
After all we've gone through, I think we can take another blow '^' ...Maybe not tho

This is the way I see it- many here simply can't afford the cost of gaming. Piracy isn't necessarily bad in this case because these people will not have bought the games anyway. It's exposure for the developers.

Haha I am one of them. There's a noticeable difference between them. I like having the difference of feel.

My first "flashcart" was a Max Media Dock. (because I started off as a moron, as so many do) MaxConsole was one of the only places that had information about it. These days I can't recall my login information there, but I appreciate them still for helping me out years ago.

My first was the DSTWO.

worst reason ever

For example, people in Brazil get ripped off. The prices for gaming consoles are ridiculous and their economy isn't great. Wages are bad. Many there do pirate the games. Games there would have had very little exposure.

I have said that if you can afford it, you should not pirate the game. If you can afford the console, most of the time it means you can afford the game.
