I think that there will not be beta testers for this release : Gateway know about our "wait" so "For their followers" they will only release a public one (beta or not like omega 2.0.1.2.3.4.5.6 and .7 ).

I'm honestly not overly excited about this and I believe they should take their time and release a solid version, however, I got a feeling we'll get something today.

Maybe, nobody knows yet. It really depends on how many N3DS's were made in the first batch (and how many people bought them). I ordered my N3DS (normal) from fishpond yesterday so we'll see.

On the topic of Gateway release versions, I think they should number their releases according to the highest sysnand(emunand) they support. For example, this new update out "soon" should be "Gateway 9.2(9.4)"
