Until there is actual proof, I wouldn't believe a word of it.

oh... boy -- just trying to get me to post again here real hard you guys are. -- BTW, I don't read all my 'you been tag' emails I get from GBATemp software, so that does not help either!

Seems alot of people have gotten this email, all tho personally I have not dealt with supercard people in almost 6 years, its been that long since their last big release, so we will see what happens.

The one part I don't understand is the v9.X <-- X in their email, why? is there something no one else knows, or are they just hoping it will by the time it ships..

All I know is they are just as slow as GW in releases, even if the hardware ships next month, does not mean it will do all that on release, it might be a few more firmware updates to match the listed 'features' in the email.

The N3DS has a mSD instead of a SD and access is restricted by a screw, I believe. So if the emunand uses the internal card installing cia would be much simpler.

You don't seem to be aware that the N3DS has network sharing functionality built into the system firmware:

There is absolutely no need to use either an FTP server or remove the SD card to access the internal storage. And if you disconnect your router from the internet (unplug the cable), its not gonna update it either.

I think you guys are missing the point. When they say an FTP server on the DSTWO+ I think they mean for the MicroSD card that would be plugged into the DSTWO+. Not the MicroSD or SD or whatever that is present within the 3DS.

By the way guys, Garyopa has a point - Supercard really is slow with their releases too. I remember when they released the DSTWO, it took quite a while until they've added all the promised features (specifically the media player). So before people start jumping off the Gateway wagon due to slow releases and delays, just remember that.

Anyhow, hope it's real, it would be nice to have Supercard back in the game, they make great quality cards and have shown loyalty to their user base.

I have a DSTwo, and it's a great card even if I'm not totally satisfied with it (mine is buggy as hell, freezes when using the in-game menu thingy and corrupting every SD card I try )

it's possible that some guy used a php mailer client to send fake messages
or that supercard deleted that email address because of a certain reason
or that something happened
