Hi guys, i have a problem with USB Loader GX.

I cant open the program anymore, all it says is "Exception (DSI) occurred!"
It's really strange because it worked 20 mintues ago, and now all the sudden this shows up.
What can the problem be?

It always crashes after its preparing cIOS...

Please help!

Well, you can try editing the USB Loader GX meta.xml file:

Basically, try changing "ios=249" to a different cIOS, like "ios=222"

I've tried, but that didn't work...

However i noticed something else.
I can't even open USB CFG loader. Everytime i try to open it, it just brings me back to wii menu...
Do you think it has to do something with the cIOS?

it fails opening your WBFS partition?
is your drive still working/partition detected on computer?

it could happen that your SD or USB is corrupted, (exiting or shuting down while it was writing to disc, for example writing save file or cache or settings).
Reinstall the boot.dol of the loader (and meta.xml too, you don't need to change the IOS inside the meta).

like said, v6 is old (v7 adds new features, like compatibility with Swkyward sword! no need to use alt-dol method anymore).
Update at least to v8, or v10

Where do I download v8 or v10? And how do I install it?

Edit: The SD card works fine, I've tries 2 others SD card, where I just copied and pasted all the files. Still same result.

is your USB partition working fine?
did you try it on computer?
if both GX and Wiiflow has issue, maybe your drive is the cause.

http://www.mediafire.com/download/5ggh53tj9hhp1tr/d2x-cios-installer-3.1-v6-v7-v8-v10-wii.7z
follow a guide, or install the "common" cIOS based in the "common" IOS slots.
249 [56] d2x cIOS v8
250 [57] d2x cIOS v8

Yes its working fine, i've tried on other computers, i even reformated the SD card and added all the files again.

However, i just downloaded d2x v8 Final WAD.
Should i only install these WADS in the folder, or should i install everything i have in my SD card?
Because i have like 30+ wads, (taken from an tutorial from youtube, i've no idea what they are)
But it has been working for like 2 months now, and just yesterday this happened.

Should i uninstall anything or just install those 7 WADS that are inside the folder?

NEVER follow youtube tutorial.
They are giving wrong files and/or making user install old files. Don't install wad files if you don't know what you are doing.

Use the installer, I linked to it just above.
install d2x v8 base 56 in slot 249
install d2x v8 base 57 in slot 250 (unless you want to keep your old rev20? but it has not purpose)

it's not a file, it's a homebrew.
you put it on your apps folder like all other homebrew and launch it from the homebrew channel.
You follow onscreen information (use left-right D-pad to change the value, press A to install)

what : d2x v8
where : slot 249
base : 56
version : 21008

and
what : d2x v8
where : slot 250
base : 57
version : 21008

Should i put all folders separately in the apps folder (v7, v8, v9 etc)? Or the whole folder? (i extracted the zip file)

The layout should be something like this:

apps
--d2x-cios-installer
----v6 (folder)
----v7 (folder)
----v8 (folder)
----v9 (folder)
----v10 (folder)
----boot.dol
----icon.png
----meta.xml

Of course, you can delete v6, v7, v9 and v10 if you just want to have v8.

that's not the solution.
249 and 250 should work the same way (if you just installed both like I said).

if using 249 create exception/code dump, then it's an issue with the cIOS.
try reinstalling it.
