Do I need to install any ciso's? Dios Mios? No way that it's just the channel.

Also I'm more worried of it crapping out on me and nintendo telling me off because I messed with it, then ruining the WiiU. I usually know what I'm doing when it comes to wii softmodding.

It derailed the second that Gateway revealed emuNAND 9.4 (showing that they've prioritized other things entirely). The hype train then lit on fire when Gateway said "within a month" is "reasonable". It's very likely that we're not getting the update this year.

I don't really mind if it's as they said. With 4.5, I get a blankscreen and have to power off by holding the power button for 10s like 1 in 5 times when launching gateway 2.6/9.2. I'd rather not have to do that on the N3DS.

emuNAND 9.4 is absolutely related to the new 9.0-9.2 update.

Say the update comes out. Everything is well and good, and you get 9.2 emuNAND working.

I hate to admit it, but MT-Card have got GW beat on the whole savegames mechanism. But it's not as though MT-Card haven't based the rest of their shit off work stolen from GW (and lied about it), so I will never respect them - ever.

MT-Card can do some things that GW is unable to at this point (and obviously vice versa but anyways):

• Real time CARD-1 saves. Whenever you press 'Save' in-game on a CARD-1 game, the game is truly saved at that moment. Whereas on GW, you need to press Close on the HOME Menu or press the Power button for the game to save.
• 3DS<-->3DZ save file conversion. Pretty self explanatory. You don't need to start a new save every time you switch the extensions of the rom.
• SaveDataFiler compatibility for CARD-1 games. Again, pretty self-explanatory and a major plus for those switching saves from 3DS/Z<-->CIA.
• *Cheat support. MT-Card supports cheats, but Gateway has said that they will likely *never add cheat support (so that online gaming stays clean).
• Some other things that I can't remember off the top of mah head.

So yeah. I would like to see those^ (except for cheats ) supported by Gateway - and possibly more? Gateway have been known to surprise us with stuff we didn't know we needed but we actually need.

Edit: I could definitely be wrong/inaccurate, because I just recalled them off the top of my head (and don't have an MT-Card myself). Don't quote me on these.

Although I agree with most of your points, you need to take into consideration that Waitway is a shady flashcard company. Compared to other companies in the same/similar business, they are doing a far better job at keeping us posted.

For Nintendo and other multi-bullion dollar corporations, your argument makes sense. But this is definitely not such a company, yet they still provide great software, updates and news on their blog, as well as a level of support over email.

well it all depends, if just exiting a game is very complicated for you, you can always convert your games to either card2 or to a cia installer......but then again gateway have been saying they plan to have a overhaul of the save system for quite a while.....so who knows they may be switching to a better method with 9.0-9.2 support.......but really i dont see it as some major issue, as long as you close your game when you finish playing it saves

True, Gateway aren't a multi-billion (or bullion?) dollar corporation, but you don't need to be one to simply update your page a little more often. Indie companies do it WAY better than Gateway, and they're often on extremely miniscule budgets.

I will say this, I appreciate your civility in the discussion, and you actually raise decent points.
