Haha I didn't expect them to actually respond, but they did. It only took them 4 and a half hours (although it is a copy-paste) so props to them.

when i ordered mine on the 2nd, they said it wouldn't be shipped till the 16th....so i canceled and ordered from a uk seller, received it on like thursday....would of still be waiting with play-asia for them to post it even.....im guessing they weren't getting stock till the 16th or something......guess you have waited long enough, a few days shouldn't harm seeing as it was supposed to be the 16th with my order you *should* see some change tomorrow hopefully

We also want to inform our users that we are still working on native support for sysnand 9.0 - 9.2, so please be patient until we are ready to release!
We try to deliver a smooth experience for our users and this takes time to perfect!

We also inform our users that they MUST NOT UPDATE SYSNAND TO 9.3 OR ABOVE, because we will not be able to support entry to those sysnand versions any time soon.

If you are wondering what native support we will bring for lower than sysnand 9.0, we can tell that after 9.0-9.2 we will start with 8.0-8.1 and
gradually work our way down with support for even lower sysnand firmware versions.

They are as eager to release as we are to receive. You should all hope for a stable release and product. Don't try to rush them. It won't work and you are wasting their time. I applaud their customer service but c'mon give them a break.

why would you buy a japanese ac adapter?

I have one and it works fine in U.S. outlets. Surprisingly it takes both 100 volts & 120 volts so that's nice.

What are you guys playing on your 3DS consoles?

On my Japanese New 3DS I mainly play DS games on a flashcard or try out some of the demos and apps I downloaded before 9.3 hit.

On my US 3DS XL I've occasionally played some Smash Bros. and the ORAS demo which I downloaded awhile back and never played.

Now, I've switched to the PSP for awhile instead.
