Also, we still have to speculate what Firmware will be on the TWO games coming to Japan in the next few days: Sonic and Final Fantasy
If either of those are at 9.0 we can just use that to upgrade

1. I highly doubt they'll have v9.0 (but not impossible)
2. 8.1 users can just wait for the Waitway update. You are 'safe'.
3. Sonic Boom is a fucking terrible game. I played the demo and almost ended up doing this-->

I remember the old days of Sonic Rush. Now, THAT, my friends, was the most fantastic Sonic game in years.

Hmm... good question... There's a lot of Sonic games before Sonic Rush that I think are better. Like Sonic The Hedgehog 2 & 3, Sonic 3 & Knuckles, Sonic CD, Sonic Advance 3, etc.
Anyway, it's all a matter of opinion and I respect yours. If you like Sonic Rush and consider it the best Sonic game in years, well I won't argue about it.

Take my advise and put it in the back of your sock drawer and don't get it out and look at it. I was really hoping to rock this Christmas, but the boys will likely have to settle for the WiiU. (And a new TV).

Pokemon will still be there in January when this comes out. These people are not minions and have families and want to enjoy the holidays just like everyone else.
