Gaming Wii cfg usb loader external harddrive

I don't even know if this is the right section.
I have this external hard drive of 1TB i use it for the PS3 so it's fat32 i want to make another partition for the wii, wbfs or ntfs so i can have +4GB files is it possible? do i need to delete everything in my external hard drive?
will the cfg usb loader recognize the wbfs partition if it's inactive?

You can use fat32 with CFG. It is recommended to use fat32 as well. See: http://gwht.wikidot.com/usb-loader

If you use Wii Backup Manager it will split games bigger than 4GB into multiple 4GB parts so it fits fat32 hdd's.
