Woah. Spam. Nice.

No but seriously. How do we know it blocks Gateway's new exploit? Also, the rest of the flash carts? Speculation at its finest.

Guess it's just a warning so people don't accidently update? o_O'

We'll be hearing an update from Gateway tomorrow I think.

That's fair. Haha! I can see why they did that. It's a good idea, except nobody will come to the 127th page to see said warning, also, many will skip to the last page, and ignore the first page, leading to updating issues, unfortunately. But hey, at least they're trying to help! B)

And I agree! Super soon!

They'll probably wake up tomorrow and OH SH*T!
And then at best, 10 PM UTC we get news.

Edit: i'd like to see everyone's PHEWWWWWWWWWWWWW faces if Gateway comes up saying: Safe to update to 9.3 LOL

But the GOOD NEWS, sir, is that it's early in the morning "tomorrow" for Japan, and it's likely that the Gateway Team is based there, so good news! :D

I 'kinda heard they're.. European? Not Japanese? I'm confused! xD

Edit: I'm listening to Attack on Titan soundtrack and it's so damn fitting LOL.

Well, I looked up Nintendos announcement with some bad google translations... What I see is their pre announced update about the e-money you can use in Japan like the suica or passmo card.
Dunno how the history of Ns updates looks like and how fast they update globally after they released the update for japan...

Oh, I just assumed! That'd make sense too :P

But then again, maybe they were anticipating the Amibo update and were waiting on it?

Just imagined... a hacker from Nintendo goes to Gateway web server, posts about: "Hey ya folks! It's really super safe to update 9.3. Do it and we will release our update next day". Then everyone is fuck'd up and end of the story.

if true this update blocks gateway then it's awkward times for those who are waiting for their imported jap consoles to arrive.

Don't worry this update does indeed contain stability updates.
