Hacking Launcher corrupt? Have to constantly replace launcher

Currently on 2.6 Omega.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but I've already had to replace the launcher in my SD a few times already.

Whenever the screen freezes after I click on Boot Gateway Mode, I know that is the sign that I have to replace launcher.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Have you tried without using the gateway menu? Not holding L during DS exploit to launch gateway mode directly.

That is weird regardless, how does the freeze occur? Black screen? Or does it freeze on the gateway menu?

That's a good idea, I've always held the L before.

it's an intermitent freeze that occurs, basically you just have to try again, you don't need to re-copy Launcher.dat

This. There's no reason to replace the launcher unless it's freezing every single time. It's a launcher that runs through a DS profile exploit, any number of things could go wrong at any point while launching, so it's not going to work flawlessly 100% of the time. At least, not until Gateway has been improving on their launcher for several years.
