Hardware My friend has BIG problems with his tablet

His tablet is Utok 700D Lite. Quite crappy but it works fine nonetheless. His brother charged it for a day and he played on it while its charging(i dont know if that affects anything). Next day my friend came home and he checked his tablet(it was plugged out when he came home) and he played and everything froze and he had to hold the power button to shut it down. After that each time he booted it up it shutted down while it was booting.
After the fifth time it booted up but he could only use it for a 5 minutes after that it makes a pop sound and it shuts off like a blowout. Can someone help me.

Connect it to the charger while it is off.

It may be possible that the battery discharged while it was in the bootloop. Don't turn it on just let it charge for a while and try again.

You want the boot menu to pop up, I was gonna go for a factory reset.

But im just talking with him on skype and he tried what you said and nothing happend.
Also dont really worry beacuse its a crappy romanian company.
