It took a good 5-10 minutes.

Edit: Shot of Ocarina of Time running, Icarus is too big to install over network, error is thrown.

What are you asking?

I got the ctr client to connect by getting a three bar signal on my 3ds. I installed the game directly onto the system, did not use devmenu at all.

If you are referring to installing the game directly, edit run.bat and change devmenu_xxx.cia to Install.cia (or whatever else you called your cia)

There is a hard size limit on what you can install over the network, I hope a fix for this is introduced. I don't want to pirate devmenu, yet I want to install 2gb games I own.

There a guide anywhere for converting my purchased DLC into .cia? Or otherwise to install them after decrypting? I've got the .xorpaths for them but after that not sure really where to go. Can xor those with the original files but then what?

I think you can use the SD Decrypter to decrypt DLC...

which was identified based on their id, the way they are stored in the 3ds.
