Wish we could convert .3DS and .3DZ saves. =\ Played the EU rip of this not thinking there would every be a way to play multiplayer with my friend when it finally came out. Oh well haha.

have you tried this method yet? only instead of the EUR save using the .3DZ save?

Gah. At least read the thread a little. No. It isn't possible unless both systems are 4.x firmwareWill this method allow me to transfer a Fantasy Life save from one 3DS system to another?
Thanks

Yes, it should be possible, then. Just decrypt the save file using SavedataFiler (as I think it's called) and then re-encrypt it on the other 3DS. I believe it should work.I did read the thread, but I'm still learning about the Devmenu and .CIA files. Both systems are 4.5 firmware. So it's possible to transfer it?
----------UPDATE----------Figured it out!00001131 = EUR
00001132 = USA
ext0 = Slot 0
ext1 = Slot 1
EUR -> USA:
- Decrypt your EUR save with SaveDataFiler
- Start a new save on the USA version of the game and decrypt this as-well
- Move
"SDcard:\filer\ExtData\XXXXXX\00001131\fl_ext0.fsd"
into
"SDcard:\filer\ExtData\XXXXXX\00001132\"
replacing the file that is already there.- Import save data from sd card "00001132" with SaveDataFiler
- Profit!
However, when I opened the root SD card, I saw 2 files sav: 000400000007AF00.sav and 000400000007AE00.sav
Can someone explain why SaveDataFile could not see my US save version?
I wonder if a JP save could work, given they used the Game+DLC version as basis for translation.is funny dlc save data (eu ver) is works on us non dlc version lol.
