Here, stop bugging me:

In Hex Workshop (A paid for program, but this forum is full of pirates, so why bother mentioning that)...

Make sure you formatted your SD card so that there's a 1GB partition at the head of the device.

Open hex workshop as an administrator. Click Disk>Open drive. Change "Select:" to "All". Choose your device (Named "physical disk", just choose the one with the right size). Go to Disk> Restore Sectors. Change the Source file to your nand.bin. Under "target range", change starting sector to 1. Click OK, wait for it to finish.

You did it, GG.

I think I managed to do it with emunand tool by adding a fake sector 0 in the nand dump ;o
I'm trying to see if it works, but this time the card was not corrupted and true nand sector 0 was in sector 1.

Which one it is, I tried one (Which was from fierce wallfe or something like that) now my DS mode is bricked (Says error occured even with retail games).
Will format the 3DS and try another one..

Or just restart your system... Use the multi rop loader.

Even with multi rop using homebrew ROP it still says an error occured when I select DS profile. I dunno what's wrong but I think I'll just pass on this.

Still don't think I've seen anyone demonstrate a retail game being installed apart from NSMB2, which was already distributed as a .cia. Has no-one managed to repack a .3ds an installable .cia yet?

I'll say exactly what I said to someone else:

You gotta write your emunand bin to your SD card starting at sector 1 from a hex editor.
Question:
What hex editor did you use? The ones I can find are either paid or are unable to copy 1GB of data.
