Hacking Is my Acekard compatible to the newest 3ds?

I bought my acekard back then when I have my Dsi. I just want to know if my acekard is compatible to the newest 3ds?

The AceKard is only compatible up to 3DS firmware 4.3. Any newer, and it will not work, due to a save checking feature that was implemented in 4.4.

So than would this mean that the Acekard will never work for 3Ds versions higher than that?

Or does it mean it will just be a long wait till its updated to work on a newer version of the 3Ds?

4.3 came out in 2012.

Edit: I really kinda don't wonna get a new flash card, more so as it seems id have to hold back from updates...
