The good:

- The quick ability to upload pictures to twitter/facebook is good
- The themes are awesome, im using the default black one to match my black 3DS
- The Dpad can now be moved to select the friend/notification icons (it couldnt before)
- The new screenshot option is a nice touch

The bad:

- Those prices for themes are ridiculous
- Im assuming (altho not confirmed, yet.) that because you have to buy themes that we wont be able to create our own by putting it on the SD card
- Those prices really are way too high.

Well that's good if that's the case now. But I don't recall ever seeing anything to that effect 3 or so months ago when I originally activated my Pokebank subscription.
