I am having some trouble with some apps and tweaks since I've Jailbroken my device. I noticed only a few Winterboard themes work and also I downloaded Display Recorder and Audio Recorder and both of those work but then when I click on them, they won't open, why is this happening?

Because you pirated them.

Some Winterboard themes rely on certain iOS versions, and certain hardware.

No, just verify you have the Siri daemon on and ensure it is turned on in "Settings."

Yeah I got it to work now. I just had to turn it off, then reset it by pressing the home button/power switch and it turned back on and works fine now.

If I had an APP on my phone and I wanted to download it to my PC and transfer it to another iPhone how would I be able to do that?
