Hacking Super smash bros rom release date

Hey guys, according to you, when will be the Jap rom of ssb be available? The release of the game is on 11th, if I'm not wrong. Could the rom be leaked some days before?

Ohh and who knows if the game is gonna work on gateway or any other flashcard.
If nintendo added new protection to the game, which probably they did, then you won't be able to play it for a while until gateway fixes their card.

How helpful was your answer! I was just asking for an opinion, and I know it even couldn't work on gateway.
Usually, do roms come out before the release of the game?

According to me, the japanese ROM of Super Smash Bros 3DS will be dumped and uploaded on September 13th at 7.46 PM PT.

in general its usally a few days before retail release.....that around the time shops usually get copies, and once a shop get a copy someone who works in the shop will generally get a sly copy to get internet points and the privilege of saying FIRST!!!
