It's worth mentioning that .ini is windows-native. Totes nothing you'd see here.

C'mon, at least watch fail0verflow's video about hacking the Wii U if you're going to try and fake something. It's never ever referred to as 'WIIU OS', it's 'Cafe OS'. Also 'private' would be lowercase unless you had made the folder with that name first.
