ROM Hack Any Help With Pokegen?

So, I kinda/really want to Pokegen a Pokemon, but the program keeps crashing, so could anyone who has some experience help me out by genning a Scyther and Pinsir for Gen 5 with the following?

Origin: Soulsilver
IVs: 31/31/31/31/31/31
Nature: Adamant
Caught: National Park w/Sport Ball @lvl13
Met: @ Pokemon Transporter Lab (Or wherever you transfer them to)
And that's all I care about. As long as it passes Pokecheck's legality analysis, I'm fine.

This program has been giving me trouble for a while, and it would be nice to have someone help out. Thanks.

Let me give it a go. Which moves do you need on the Pokemon?

EDIT: Upload a save file so I can PokeGen them in right away.

it should not be a problem... unless you take it to gen 6..

he even learns follow me on pokemon xd, but i am not sure if you can transfer it to gen 3 (RSE)

That's the problem... I want to transfer it to gen 6 and i can't...

if pokemon xd lets you transfer pokemon (magmar) to gen 3, then you just to need to make a replica of a magmar caught on pokemon xd...

but poketransfer does have DRM, even if you have legit pokemon and a lot of event pokemon, they will remove them because their bad programmed anti piracy gimmick...
