By hacking vWii you can launch Wii backups and homebrew, Wii U backups are not bootable as Wii U Mode has not been hacked yet. As for the 3DS, only 4.5 or lower firmware machines are hackable and backups can only be launched using a flashcart.

3DS XL look on Smea's twitter, so far to play ''downloaded games'' because you obviously don't care for buying any games, you need a 3DS with a firmware of 4.X.X or less and a Gateway flashcard.

Err, Wii U exploit development is ongoing and as-is isn't meant to enable piracy There's progress, it's just not reported every ten seconds like everyone seems to want it to be. And smea's 3DS exploit is only user-mode and won't allow piracy.
