Gaming My powersave is not working :(

Today I got my action replay powersave and whenever I try to put a game in it it doesn't work heres a video of what I'm talking about this is not my video

Thats crazy.

Have you un-install and re-download and install the software from their site? Mine works just fine. Also, make sure to blow inside where the cartridge goes in.

Also, one guy from another forum licked the game cartridge on the gold contacts with his lip, and it worked for him.

Try using a different usb cable. The supplied ones are cheapy.

I'm afraid, it could be a defect product. I would contact the seller and if he/she agrees then send it back to receive the new one.

But yeah, try a different USB cord first.

If your game is Pokemon X/Y or Animal Crossing then your license key is wrong, contact datel to get a new one.
NAND based savegames need server access, since your license key is wrong it goes into an infinite error loop.

that would mean there are no codes for that game. i too have the powersaves and most of my games don't have codes. i wish datel would haul ass with releasing more codes

Basically, I'm in the exact same situation as this.
I keep getting response as if inserted games have no codes when they are and Pokemon X keeps looping and I'm 100% sure I inserted the right license key (I have it saved in an image and I doubled checked it every time).
