Thanks for everything. I have a rom of Mario 3D land but there are several RAR files instead of a single file. Is this normal and ok to "burn" with Win32? And should Launcher.dat be kept on the SD card?

You have to extract it using a program like 7Zip.

Will that give different results from WinRAR? I extracted the originally download RAR file and it gave out the files seen in the above screenshot.

Try extracting again with winrar, you should eventually get a .3ds file...

Yeah, open one of those RAR's with Winrar, and then extract the .3ds file you get from doing that.
