Is it worth playing? I been playing for an hour and I keep seeing message such as "sleep point" which is like ingame currency you purchase with real money, having friends send you their character via street pass / friend code, finding people through street pass to work on your village. If we aren't supposed to use streetpass etc while on gateway just incase patch gets required and if thats the reason is the game worth playing? Has anyone played it for 10hours+ (maybe japanese version) and can give a summary of what we may lack by playing on gateway and if its damaging overall gameplay.

EDIT: is there a way to simulate street pass interaction to get some characters in your game without actually connecting to another device.

I heard that Streetpass was ok to use in Gateway... just not Spotpass. Can anyone confirm this or have a link to a discussion about it? I also have a feeling that the Streetpass data is encrypted and it may not be possible to emulate it at the moment.

i dont have this game, but i can tell you that back in the games of 1.2. i did streetpass in Mario 3D land, New super mario bros 2, mario kart 7 and played local multiplayer with luigis mansion.

tomorrow i will try streetpass in zelda albw and download play in mario party.
This game should be no issue for the new update

To enable streetpass, won't you need to activate/turn on the wifi switch which in tun you are risking auto updating your firmware/realNAND. Do correct me if i'm wrong.

I have a street pass relay setup on my router and street pass works perfectly with emunand! Just a heads up so I don't see why street pass wouldnt work in other games ie zelda. I have physical hardware flasher and 4.4 backup so not too worried if updates somehow though I find it hard to understand how people manage too with such document that came with gateway 2.0. People need to read lol

I am still playing on gw1.2 did go to gw2 just to backup firmware but the constant crashes and save problems were annoying so i came back to 1.2. I am not worried about updating my realnand by mistake cause I read the documentation and I know you have to update via system setting rather then cartridges/rom.
