Hacking WiiU suddenly won't turn on

Regardless of what I do, it won't turn on, not even the red light =S.

Tried different ports even!

Any ideas? Will there be an issue with warranty repair?

No red light sounds like it is getting no power, maybe your power cable has gone bad if you tried it in different outlets.
As for warranty, as long as you haven't put any home brew on It or opened it you should be fine

What if the vWii is hacked? Will they check that?

It is likely, although I've read sometimes they just return it withe the hacks removed
